Carolynn,
Thanks so much for preparing a perfect cheese and fruit platter with the accompanying breads for my birthday party. Life is always a rush and it was so easy to stop by, explain a few needs (nut free, hards versus softs) and have it taken care of. I was particularly appreciate of your effort to coordinate the cheeses with the wines which I had selected with Nancy at Post Road Wine & Spirits. I didn’t have to make a single phone call. You handled it all and gave me print outs of why each each complimented each wine. My guests loved it! Thanks again. We will definitely be back!

I went into Auray today expecting to order one of my usual, either the chicken cheddar panini or fresh fruit crepe. I told the woman at the counter that I always have the intention of trying something new, but never do. She immediately recommended the Miss DeLovely salad. When she saw me eyeing the desserts she mentioned muffins made with yogurt. I was sold on both! Can I tell you, everything I got was incredible and spot on. What was most impressive was how this woman was able to recommend something that I would love just based on the two dishes I typically order. I am always impressed with the consistency of Auray. Always fresh, always delicious, and always polite!
